the balconies for the residence are open instead of completely closed off creating more of an outdoor space rather than interior space above the balconies the railings for the lounge space is continious and follows the contour of the building the road has no parking spaces just a yellow double line for each side of the road the grass spaces to the left and right are paved pathways with minimal grass and minimal amount of trees architecture
