exterior shot the first page is the hand sketch of the proposed elevation of the parking podium building using the inspiration images we discussed we have developed a design scheme that reflects the rural nature of the site while modernizing to reflect todays design standards the base would be a light colored masonry with areas being mostly 1 tory with some being 2 story the majority of the sideing would be board and batten planning on using the hardie system for this on a rain screen key areas such as entries and other feature areas would have an inverse color scheme to set them off shingled roof in a dark gray of some sort we will have the bands breaking up the b b siding an accent color also i only wanted to go so far before getting your feedback on this the 2nd page is an ai interpreatation of the sketch it is far architecture
