modernist exterior shot i am building a 4 000 square foot small bay industrial pre engineered metal building in the ellyson industrial park in pensacola florida the buiding will be split in half in order to make 2 units each with 12 feet of office space frontage covered by an awning with 38 feet of warehouse frontage with two 14 high by 12 wide garage doors with 20 of outside storage space next to each unit the buulding will be 20 high in the front and 18 high in the rear make the rendering a corner view of the building don t use any text on the building architecture
